Please read before placing a booking
By placing a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a professional, transparent, and premium experience for every client.
1. Bookings & Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. A booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us. Please ensure all information provided during the booking process is accurate and up to date.
2. Deposits & Payments
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Full payment for services is due upon completion of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of deposit or a cancellation fee at our discretion.
4. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to avoid disruption to other scheduled bookings. Significant delays may require the appointment to be rescheduled and may incur a fee.
5. No Shows
Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
6. Service Satisfaction
We take pride in delivering a premium standard of service. If you have any concerns regarding your appointment, these must be raised within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the matter appropriately.
7. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour. We are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both clients and staff.
8. Liability
While every effort is made to provide services with the highest level of care and professionalism, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Privacy
Any personal information provided during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for booking, communication, and service-related purposes.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
